Xorg.conf & Xorg.0.log attached.
For whatever reason, the forum upload page wouldn't accept *.conf files (like a file extension isn't fake-able) so I renamed xorg.conf to xorg.conf.txt Xorg.0.log xorg.conf.txt |

-from my point of view try to downgrade vga drivers to 190; -or get from nvidia site binary and compile them for your system. |

There are no important errors in your log. Config looks good.
The driver is installed correctly. So I guessed wrong What HidrA said... Nothing to add from my side.

A week ago I was talking to Znurre about the general performance of Regnum.
He told me I should disable Compiz because it can mess up rendering quite a lot. Of course I was aware of the fact that Compiz influences the performance of my system. But the results I saw after I turned it off where overwhelming. In grinding and slow groups I now have 20-40 fps more than before. In wars it still drops to 15, sometimes it's 20. But playable for sure. I assume almost the same for all desktop integrated compositing effects. Just as a small reminder because this things are kind of unaware to some people.

Also, I tried compiling my own kernel with BFS.
The results are overwhelming, 40-50 FPS increase on all maxed, 1080p. Give it a try.
