Chapter 8 Battle for Herbred fort

A whole year passed with Wyatt gone Greg was free to rule but no one knows where he went some say he died in Transit with the Fire Portal spell, Greg says hes alive but he does not know where he is. Ignis was Approaching Peace. but peace is very fragile and Greg has alto of obstacles before he has a ferim grip over his land.

Greg now Proceeds with his plans and sends his army to Herbred fort the main fort thats always been attack on many Occasions but non has been able to attack it, some say its cursed with powerful Nature spells the Elves had placed. But Greg was too eagerd and Began sending his main force in but first he makes sure its Cursed, so he sends a Hunter to see whats happening at the fort. He sends the best of the best hunter first and that is his half brother Vincent Valentine, a highly skilled Hunter and assassin the best in Ignis. Some say his soo skilled there is not even a scar on him and they say hes killed over 1000s people with out even missing.

Vince Travels to Herbred fort and he sees a small syrtis army like 20 syrtis there. Vince then wonders why are they are such a small force and he travel back to Shaanarid castle but then he noticed something at the bridge. 2 big trees on the syrtis side that where not there before. Vince then got closer all of a sudden it comes alive! and walks!. Vince thought fast and switched to Explosive arrows. He then shot at the tree with a big BANG it falls down Vince Reloads with another one and did the same but this time it kept walk like its wood hardened up. Vince then runs and jumps right over it and made a run to Shaanarid castle. Vince says ' Greg! Greg! there ate big walking trees guarding the fort!' Greg says ' walking trees?! i hope you used those arrows i had the Wood worker made for you' Vince says 'ya but the other one didn't fall down with one shot like his wood hardened up'.

Greg then makes a tactical Decision, he think keeping the warlock with fire balls at the front of the army will Destroy the trees but if he does that there open and ready to be Sticked in with the warriors swords. Greg then thought if he gives his archers with the arrows Vince had they might have a better chance. Greg then ride to Medenet City with of course a large escort he is Emperor after all. he called up the best Wood workers in the city and asked them to make a special kind of arrow, one of the best wood works ask to find a Certain piece of metal called Dragonite witch is high explosive in a liquid state but if you harden it, it will be the most Strongest and most toughest metal in all of the the world its soo strong it even shatters a diamond to bits and pieces.

In order to make it into metal you need a powerful stone called a Dark matter orb that you find off of the lichs. very powerful orb and it is said it has the ability to cause alot of fear into a person but warlock and other Magus are immune to it.

Greg sends 15 of his best men and girls to find these minerals. Greg then travels to the Arena where all the souls rest in there greatest achievement. a ring of fire then formed Into the Star of Infinity where it can be used to do Super powerful spells. All the souls where circling around Greg and then the splinted into every Direction and went into where there body's where. A whole Legion of the Dead where Greg's to command he plans to send them instead of his army into the depths of syrtis. The Undead armies rushes to Herbred fort slaying and Killing all in their path. when they reach the Bridge a massive forest Stretching for miles and miles long where on the other side of the bridge but as mindless they are they Zerged forward. Greg then left the battle field and head to an ancient Tomb near samal there rested an Ancient Igneo called Daen Rha.

The old Emperor's where suppose to awaken him long ago but forgot to do so Greg then uses the Ancient Powers to awaken this God like Creature. Daen has awaken at last and says 'who dares Enter my realm' a strong and Demands voice. Greg says 'i Greg Darkshadow Descendant of Elros Darkshadow Emperor of Ignis' ' ah yes its been a long wait what does the Most powerful Warlock of ignis want from me' Daen said in a long Godly voice. 'I seek to find you and to aid my people to destroy the syrtis and alsius armies once and for all' in a commanded Voice Greg says. 'Ah yes such a long and Powerful request but like i have told to the Kings of the past it must come at a price. what on the old and ancient world could you possibly offer me?'.

Greg then showed him a powerful weapon that was once Daen rhas, 'ah my old weapon i have Searched for over 1 hundred Thousand years for it, you have Proven your self to be a worthy Emperor and i will do your Request and aid you in your conquest'.

Greg and Daen Rha Travel to Herbred fort and there was still a forest going for miles across. Daen then used his Ultimate power and a massive cloud was the same miles long as the forest and was over the entire forest. and long rain poured down on the forest but it was not water it was magma. Long calls Stretched out for miles as the trees trying to call for the aid and help of syrtis. But they all died every last tree was burned down. Greg then Sounded a horn and his army rushed to the battle. and the most powerful of all the warlocks was waiting at herb. most people dare not to say his name cos hes soo wicked and power all of the realms fall to his power. Angel Winged Devil the most powerful of warlock and Equal power to Greg, Greg then Command his army to wait and he walked forward and ahead of his army, AWD did the same and said 'die now Greg and Serve me in Death and i will conquer all of the lands'.

Greg laughed hard and said ' the only one dieing here is you Angel Winged Devil', some of Greg's army was shocked and some even peed there pants for Greg saying that name and they all took 12 feet back and same for the syrtis army. and the fight was on, AWD casted a very powerful fire ball but Greg shadow shifted upward and down in front of AWD, he then Force pushed AWD but AWD did the same with equal power they both flew backward, AWD Shadow shifted to Greg but Greg did the same and they both where doing staff to staff melee damage in shadow shifting the battle was taken very far up in the sky and then when the spell wore off they both feel down Greg then tried to grab AWD but AWD force pushed Greg for doing that and Greg flew very fast back first into the ground, AWD laughed and said 'HAHAHA is this suppose to be the best warlock in ignis? your pathetic'.

Serena ran up to Greg then AWD force pushed her back at the army. Serena cried out for Greg but he was bad injured and hard to move. 'all love its such and easy bond to break' AWD said in a evil voice. all of a sudden Greg was sucked into the Ground. every one wondered where he went a very strong rumbling sound came deep under ground and a massive claw and arm came from the ground and Giant wings came up next then the body and a massive head it was the Dragon titan of the earth body made up of super heated rock and the insides where has hot as the core if the planet it self. Body was over 20 miles long and a wing span of 50 miles long thing was truly a Titan. Called Draconian The earth Warde thing was soo massive and scary even AWD peed his pants every one ran as fast as there legs can carry them. as he walked it felt like a huge earth quake was going off and with one single attack a huge and massive Beam of fire shouted out from his mouth, AWD was completely Vaporized and soo was Herb.

The Giant Titan fell on its side and it began getting smaller and smaller very fast and it was small as a human, it was Greg on the ground laying there Serena some how knew it was Greg and she ran to him setting there waiting for him to wake up. 2 days passed and Serena Dragged him to a safe place and started a small camp site.

a whole week passed and Greg was still asleep Serena was soo worried she started getting sick she then came down with a cold and it was getting worse. she was just too worried and she was not feeling better then she start dieing and Greg woke up with a almost broken heart Greg then Shadow shifted as fast as the spell can take him to Ori, Ori said 'what happen?' Greg then said 'i have no idea i woke up and saw her like this' Ori said 'bring her in side quick i sense she is dieing'.

Greg rushed her to the bed and Ori used her life spell and she Searched to see what was wrong with her, Ori said 'thank the Great gods that you brong her to me Greg or she would not last till tomarrow' Greg said 'whats wrong with her?' Ori said 'She's very sick with grief, somthing must of made her worry soo much it made her get sick and the more she's worryed the more ill she gets'. Greg wonderd why she was soo worried and then a runner came to Ori house knocking on the door. 'Greg! Greg! you in there!?! we all saw you came here!'. Greg then wonderd what he means by that and Ori then told him, 'you 2 have been gone for almost a month and ignis is falling appart from wondering what happen to our great Emperor, there was votes being made to see he can rule now but the current ruler is a complete idiot' Greg said 'well im here now and i will restore order to the realm'.

Greg walked out side and saw alot of people most where poor some Struggle to Servive. Greg was very mad to see such a perfect realm go into chaos and traveled to shaanarid castle. There was a man inside with the gates locked, Greg Bashed the doors open all the Generals looked and saw the true emperor alive the man said 'impossible!!! yours supos to be dead!!' Greg lifed him up and crushed his bones and he fell down lifeless. The Generals fell to there knees begging for mercy , Greg walked past them to the Throne and said 'I Gregory Darkshadow is back! and now send word to the whole realm that i have Returned' the Generals did what he said and 5 best runners started Spreading the word that Greg has returned.

Chapter 9 the Siege of Eferias castle

Greg woke up from his sleep as he saw Serena sound a sleep next to him. Greg then walked out side to see the Construction of the new battering ram he had planed, the Dragon hammer, a big Ram with a Dragon shape metal head as the Hammer and fire in side of the head of the ram with a explosive power. it was almost finished and ready to be tested, all tho unaware that he possesses the Great Dragon Titan powers he still like every other warlock but has ancient and forgotten spells thats only he has and million's of warlocks and mages would love and dare to get there hands on such power many have tried but all failed and died.

Serena then woke up and asked 'how close is it sweety?' Greg asks calmly 'almost done my love soon syrtis will kneel to our feet when there great gate is destroyed and at last we will clam the ancient land we have soo long dreamed to see and live in it again'.

2 days went by and the Dragon hammer was ready with Serena at his side he sets his plans into action and attack Eferias castle. the army marched with the Calvary and with them where wagons for catapult parts soo when the time comes they can construct them fast. the army marched on for 5 days and 5 nights only to be stopped by a massive tree blocking the way. 'i can have this gone in just a few mins sir' his Explosive expert says, 'very well but make it quick i don't want to waste any time' Greg says. he then put some dynamite under the tree and said 'ok people stand back this might get big', they all stand back few feet away and with a big BOOOOM the tree was destroyed and they where free to cross.

Greg then ride ahead of the main attack force along with a few scouts to see what syrtis has been up to. Greg then saw syrtis has made catapults too, he senced somthing even worse was in the way but he dident see it. He then ride back to the main force and they zerged foward. with over 100 barbs and knights at the front 20 warlocks and conjs at stand by at the center and over 130 archers in the back ready and armed and also the Dragon hammer and 7 catapults and a fully load of big coal rocks that can be easly set on fire. he began contrution of the catapults on top of a hill and with in 1 hours they where finished and on stand by untill fire on Gregs command. with Greg with the warrior they zerged on to the eferias castle the Calvary moved very fast and then they lowerd there spears as they ride foward they and the battle was on the fight was on for an hour and they the catapults started fireing and same for the ones on the castle.

Greg kept killing and slaughtering the syrtis people a a warrior was about the chop Greg and a half of sec later he was shot in the back of the head, it was Meryn one of Gregs Generals that saved him from a ugly death he thanked her and continued on with the fighting. the fight was on and ignis was loseing and Greg and Meryn where back to back with eachother as they where serrounded by syrtis they where too tierd to defeat them all then Arwen one of the syrtis Generals asked him to surrender and give up his power over ignis and serve a peaceful life with syrtis Greg said ' i would rather die then give up my power of ignis', Arwen was just about to give the finel command she stoped and then fell off the wall with an arrow in her back. an alsius General name wudy was on a hill and behind that hill and army of alsius was going to attack.

The alsius Zerged foward and they where lead by a Grand General name Inskster one of the kings most Trusted General lead the army and they attacked the castle. Meryn then took Greg's arm and they ran into the forest and they Disappeard.

Greg and meryn started and made camp in the forest and they rested to make there long Jerney back to ignis.

Chapter 10 The Rise of Ignis

After the great battle and loss of forces to alsius and syrtis at Eferias castle. Greg Makes way to to Shaan for a massive grouping of the Ignis people. he calls forth Many of his Champions and Allys to rally up for a massive attack force over the syrtis lands. He then rebuilds his battering ram to move forth with his Conquest 'at last the time has come to crush the Syrtis realm and retake what is rightfully ours, Our ancestors dreamed that this day will come and the days of the wood elf's is over its time we Reclaim what is ours at last'.

Greg has build a massive force that Stretches for miles across over 5000 troops are ready for combat, 100 catapults, and 3 Dragon hammer Battering rams ready for battle. The massive force moves to the syrtis gate one of the scouts said 'sir! sir! a massive syrtis force lead by King Biwie!! is at the gate!'. The best damn hunter in syrtis and has claimed the title king at last. Greg has to kill him and 5 of his Generals in order to have complete control of Syrtis. Syrtis has the same number of people but instead of catapults they have the entire forest at there side which is haunted by the Ancient souls of the kings that have passed and Deceased and thats not all they have. The Ancient dark spirit of the most powerful necromantic monster ever to walk the earth Evendim. Greg most greatest Obstacle, he has to go threw him to get to Biwie. with the sounds of horns the Great battle commenced. Catapults fired and the army of ignis charged into the forest along the with Dragon hammer they made sure the Ram gets threw cos its the only thing that will bring the Great Gate down. Greg and his warlock Shadow shifted into the battle. as they charged syrtis was not for some unknown reason.

Greg then wondered why they are not attacking then it came much clear to him the entire forest was coming to life Men and girls of ignis where getting slaughtered by the walking trees. Greg then used a powerful spell and a wave of Destruction riped tore and burned every tree that was in its path Biwie saw such Ancient power and he camoed with 1 min later Biwie began firing arrows at Greg then blocked it with his Energy barrier before he let out a fire ball Biwie camoed very fast he was gone.

Greg then stand there with his eyes closed a min pasted Greg then fired at Biwie a stream of magma covered Biwie and in mins he was completely covered in molten rock and then was turn to stone. Greg then sat down to rest a little after the fight all of a sudden the Statue of Biwie crumbles and there was nothing in it Biwie came from behind Greg firing arrows at him again Greg was getting angry but he was weak and hurt from all those arrows. Biwie then was gonna make the final blow at Greg all of a sudden Greg filled with energy and was building up a Powerful force push with bright lights coming from his hand Biwie was tossed and flew over 200 MPH right threw the Great wall every thing in his body shattered and the Great gate collapsed and they didn't even use the Dragon hammer.

Greg's army Zerged forward to the city's but there was a power obstacle in the city's.

Chapter 11 The Rise of Ignis part 2

As Greg head to the syrtis capital city of Fisgael a massive tower was at the center of the town. Greg send 5 men to check it out, The tower turned and a massive lightning beam shot out and the 5 men where instantly killed and all that was left was a small Creator. Greg has met his match and must come up with a plan to destroy it.

Meanwhile at Shaanarid castle a warlock walked past the guards and then turned on them and they where killed instantly he then walked up the stairs to the map room where one General was there 'who are you?' the warlock then casted a fire ball and he flew out of the castle the General would of survived if he not had fall to his doom. the warlock then climbed the stairs to Serena's room there Serena then was on the balcony starring at the horizon the Warlock grabbed Serena and Shadow shifted away.

Back at Fisgael Greg plans a strategy to defeat the tower 'hmm what if we scattered the forced around the city then i jump in and blast the tower away' Greg said, 'Good idea Greg lets do it' Meryn said.

the army came from all Directions Greg came in the front but the tower was aiming for the smallest part of the army Greg then jumped high up and with a power scorch spell the tower was Destroyed the syrtis citizens ran but then they where hunted down and killed one by one.

With in 5 months syrtis was Greg to control for ever. Greg send a massager Hawk to the city's and Ready for his people to come home at last he constructed a fortress bigger and more powerful the shaan and he dominated the syrtis realm.

Chapter 12 Family Reunions

The Syrtis realm is no more and Greg make his was to the lake of the ancient's for answers. 'i Greg Darkshadow have domanted syrtis and the syrtis people are no more i seek the Councel the of Ancients once more!!'. nothing happen greg starts walking away and then a fog rolled in Greg saw people all around them the look real but Greg remember the Ancient text and spoke to them, all the spirits spoke at the same time and same thing 'why do you come to us when your conquest is almost complete? why do you seek the wisdom from us?', Greg was shakeing a little but he said 'i seek you to say why did you cast us out of the land and send us to a waste land of sand and fire'. again they spoke at the same time 'we sended you cos we bileaved you where here to destory us we sended you to the waste land cos of it but as time pasted and your started haveing desendents we knew you have learn your lesson and the books you stole from the gaves of the igneos are no more. we told our people to let you come back but they refused and beleaved you where truely evil. and now you must find the one you love soo much she has been kidnaped.' Greg wanted to know where and who but the fog rolled out and they where gone.

Greg went to Shaanarid castle the guards told him a warlock killed 4 guards and one of his Generals and then shadow shifted to the north. Greg makes his Jerney north on horse back. 10 days and 10 nights he kept on going north and saw a huge Temple surronded by dark magic. Greg makes his way there and a giant legion of the undead start riseing all around him. greg then send his horse back where it came from he then took a deep breath and with in a sec he unleashed a massive wave of fire all the undead we Incenerated. Greg then walk to the massive gate with 2 knocks and a powerful force push the gate flew open ' Knock knock any one home' home... home... home... it echoed threw the temple and then her heard his name and then shadow shifted to the top and a massive beam of lightning zapped Greg and start falling. he fell back first into the temples ground and was unconsious. a warlock walked next to him and said 'how do like it being zaped your self?'.

he then draged Greg to a room and locked him up on stone alter. the warlock pulled out a knife and said 'Great gods please accept the Sacerfice as Revenge has been made' he lift the knife up and then Serena ran in and said 'JOHN NO DONT KILL HIM PLEASE!!!!' as serena pleaed to him to stop 'i have to and you know it my sister he has done too much to you i wont stand here and watch you suffer more!!' John said, 'Please brother dont do this! hes my Husben! please dont kill him!!' Serena start crying and crying then john put the knife away and huged Serena. 'there there shh its all right my sister its alright' greg then said 'ok what the hells going on you better have an Explaination Serena before i blast this man to bits!' the man laughed and said' no powers will work not even mine there is a special stone that blocks all magic power'. John then released Greg and Greg took Serena and went to his Fortress but before then Serena said 'hes my brother Greg can we please bring him with us please!!'.

Greg thought about it and he took him with him to the fortress where they start to plan an attack on alsius.
