I don't know if this is a problem, but I really do not know what to do. I paid 20 dollars through my pay pal account, but I forgot that it was my old bank account that was my primary. I entered the new information for my new bank, but it is going to take a couple of days to get the new bank verified. So, pay pal is trying to confirm a bank that I no longer have. If you want NGD you can cancel my payment, and I can just pay with a credit card.

Niclaim I sent NGD another email regarding the issue. It was all my fault on forgetting that it was my old bank on the pay pal. I am currently getting my new bank verified.
