blood-raven, i didnt intend the post to be serious, just to note, that in EU countries you dont have to go to court to claim consumer protection.

a quick search on argentinean(?) consumer protection law shows some fun facts.
NB, IANAL, TINLA yadda yadda
parties cant invalidate parts of law by means of contract. if law says - refund, the non refund clause is void. (its actually true in many countries)
consumer dont have to pay to gain consumer protection rights.

i was wondering about baning from games (not ro specifically) and consumer rights for some time now.

I wonder if he ever thought that syrtis doesn't care about him because all he does is abuse game mechanics (chocolates) and runs like a bitch anytime he might die, no matter who he is with.

WTF, night is one of the few unselfish players on syrtis. Even more so now, he rides across the map to cs to teleport the lazy retards dancing there. And every time I hunt with him he never uses choco :S

Each time I meat night it's either when he ganks me grinding, or in a huge zerg at samal. To kill him, we need to cc him fast, as he DOES use chocos often. In a hunting party, when we come back, he runs his ass off, leaving his realm mates behind to die.

Stooge is one of the players I will never respect, mainly for leaving his mates to die.
