Don't tell me about the (abysmal) chance to loot this ticket. I don't think many people will drop it, or bother reskilling for grinding for hours to have a tiny chance to get one.

Events should be accessible to everyone. I know NGD has business to do but making the whole event inaccessible for free users is not fair. It would have been way better to make only a part of the event premium-only, not the whole event.

I fear that drop chance is lowered as a whole. Bug or intentional no idea. When i got quest i tried to grind on Falls. Around me there was other ppl too. For maybe an hour i dropped NADA. No loot, no items. Others sayed they are in same situation.

If they do not have mechanism to control drop rate for single item, i fear they lowered drop rate as a whole.

Again this is just guess.

EDIT: I like how island is made. It is nice, possibility to make small scale battles is awesome. All good here.

Cons - many bugs still, carnaval - well mediteval game it will be better to be island of the damned or dunno what. Game should keep the war atmosphere. Football shirts, carnaval outfits and all this which is part of things now are FAR away from game look and feel. Most characters look insane in carnaval suits, football stuff, alienware and jolly roger thingy. This simply shouts unprofessional and/or bad design.

And how exactly does it affect your perfectly freerider game experience if you don't happen to get to that freakin' island? By the way, the badge is totally droppable, just as the alienware crap was. It just takes time. If you don't want to grind and/or already L60, buy it. Or if you don't want to do that either, then don't do it. Nobody is forcing you. What exactly is the problem?

You're missing the point entirely. Some people cannot buy xim. Either due to country limitations or having their bank-card stolen (like me).

For the record I've bought plenty of xim (when I could) over the past three years for boosters, paint, banners, mounts, hairstyles, etc.... for x3 level 60's. Be careful who you're labeling a "freerider" (did you mean free-loader?).

And the problem is I sometimes work 11 hours a day and to spend 3 hours after getting home trying to drop a stupid badge (and not getting one) is a waste of f***ing time.

My problem isn't that the event is premium only. My problem is that it's created under the deception that it's all-inclusive. It's a sham, a fraud, a hoax. Just tell it like it is, be up front and honest with the players. None of this bait-and-switch crap. If it's intended to be premium-only, fine. Say it so that people who can't buy xim wont waste their time trying to drop something with a 0.00001% drop rate.

But don't piss down our necks and tell us it's raining. It's just insulting.

Ieti, getting the same impression, overall drop rate seems lower in alsius too. Sad part about the badges is being told they drop, its nearly as bad as being told 'no advantage to premium players' then having premium only armour bonuses. Think if the island was sold as premium only there would be less bad feeling than the low drop rate has produced, its well worth 1.5 euro and would be very happy if more islands where introduced. Can gift xim now and there are the totems, when things settle down and the battles get going will get a totem so some of the non premium alsians can join in the fun.

Eyfura, maybe you haven't noticed but folks are leaving each other alone on the island unless they want some fun battles and a lot of those have have had mixed realms on both sides. Glad your getting flamed for ganking grinders, would almost like to see open chat in the wz as it's doing a lot to encourage fun fights instead of this 'screw you' style of playing.

Would be nice if rp and wm quests where disabled there to cut out the gank incentive altogether, great that resurrect and horn work on enemies too

I thought there is warzone for that you kill other people. Its pretty much same what people do at real warzone - kill (or gank) other people. Have fun & war.

The quest was fun to do by killing other players to get the momos - or did i understand whole war area meaning wrong ?

On the other hand, it sounds a bit controversial to me if somebody is not willing or cannot spend even 1.5 euros on something, but keeps complaining about how things should be done, and how things should be even more free.

Just accept that the company needs to maintain itself, and be glad they give you this excellent game for free. You don't need the island or xim to play. Any free online service either has some premium features, or is full of ads. If you think you can do better, go ahead and start a company. It's freakin' hard, you know..
