The issue with instances is that they provide fast access to fights with little effort so it's hard for players not to dislike them (I liked them and still do)..... but in my opinion, the cost of these instances far exceeds the benefit. At least with the current population in Haven.

Have to agree with most of what Bois wrote.

well it wont be fun at all... every realm will just gem constantly invaded when there are few defenders there will be constant gate camp and inner realm would be chaos for new players cause of all the hunter that can get in soo this idea is terrible

This is good to know. I am sure many new and mid level players would enjoy this feature when it comes on stream.

Boss item whores may not be liking either you or me very much when the bosses eventually get instanced depending on the implementation . No worries Chilko, if it doesn't work you can blame me for the idea. At least you guys got some money when everyone started growing knights to get drops haha.

By the way Phlue4, instancing those monsters gives NGD a whole lot more options in terms of regulation and control of spawning, rewards, distribution of spoils, XP, gold and many other things. It is a superior way to manage them . Also , they can instance different levels of the same code to give , for example, different strengths of Daen Rha. In other words they can generate much more cost effective and profitable content in less time.

From my understanding, NGD stated they would rework the entire boss drop system to make it fair for everyone. So why should there be a mass of knights? There was a post about this not too long ago, try looking it up.

Notice the tense of my statement. Past tense.
Simplification : The current system favoured Knights so everyone started growing them. Ergo, NGD probably made some money.

My statements before and after that confirms above that I am familiar with NGD's post and concur that instancing will solve the problem.
