New English speaking international server! - Page 35

well i can understand the other languages it is international the only thing i dont like is that after they find others that speak the same language the continue to talk in realm chat isntead of pms and it gets annoying especially with the flow of new people that are sometimes on and have questions about the game

horus is a great server though just needs to grow a bit more

and about the lagg try checking your net and settings cuz i barely ever lag on horus

Indeed, if migrations were possible, even I'd return to being an element of profit for NGD. Ah well!!!

Yeah but if people want more people on Horus. There should be the possibility to migrate (for free) char on any server of NGD with a command who send a demand of transfert to NGD and for example you have to wait 2 weeks to be effective. It's like Dark Age of Camelot for example where you had the possibilty to move your char any server ... It could be a good idea because the week end of bonus xp don't give great motivation to old players to move on Horus.

Horus allready has a load of high lvls and few 50's migration aint ever going to happen freely, maybe premium, but not free, no way, many people still feal cheated after haveing spent money on XP boosts etc on RA under the idea that they would not have to ever lvl again, yet I see the same people on Horus lvling to 50 again, with boosters, again...

So long as NGD makes a profit from this there will be no migration option, and if there ever is it will be premium... Then runescape of all things has infinate char transfers over 200~ servers which take about 20 sec, so it cant be to hard to implement

I wouldent doubt that you did

And allthough I didnt lvl on premium I only put up with lvling my knight because I beleived,

"once im done, I need never do it again, then i can forget the past 4 MONTHS!! and get on with the fun part of the game as opposed to the shitty grinding"

But nope new server "yay" no migration "wtf :'(" still dont mean it will ever happen though...

I make a point to speak english as much as possible on Ra. That way the holas complain to NGD and they migrate is to Horus.

NGD, why did you not make Ra English and make Horus Spanish-only?

Doesn't work that way. Horus is only going to allow people with Spanish IPs to log in there after the English community grows more.

And of course they're not going to make a new server for the Spanish; there's more of them than there is of us and it's an Argentinian (=Spanish) game.

in a way it was horrible that they didnt let us but in a way it was a good reason to start a char you'd never played before so...it was good and bad

a long year is behind us, horus is still up (unlike some illhearted predictions said) and here's an idea.. how about a horus bday party event? but not something like "pick gazillion 4 leaf clovers"

or maybe something like 24 hours of increased xp on horus.. or 24 hours of some sort of bonus for every new player that signs up... possibilities are unlimited
