Maybe it's a bug in their ban program and did they select the wrong user ID.
Anyway, I don't know what dave could have done wrong. If people who behave like him or worse should be banned, Regnum Online should have almost no players anymore.

I have never seen dave done anything out of line besides verbal arguements, and even that was not stepping out of line that was response to another players verbal abuse. Trust me if Dave was banned there are many other player's that deserve this ban before Dave. I am sure this is some kind of mistake because NGD is not that unfair.

While the policy of banning may be a good idea, with the amount of positive support that superdaveninja has received, I think an official word from NGD would be necessary.

I can't say anything more that hasn't already been said about the way superdaveninja acts in-game and how he respects others, however I think as a community we do have power to demand an explanation.
NGD relies on us to play their game and purchase Xim, however if they willfully abuse their Terms & Conditions right to ban accounts in the face of public opinion - then we, the player base, have complete right to request a just and fair trial for superdaveninja.

After all, if we didn't play and didn't purchase, NGD would be no more than a memory. All we want to know is why superdaveninja was banned and was it justified?

If such things can happen to anyone of us with no explanation then it is no longer a symbiotic relationship between us and NGD - both needing each other to survive. It becomes a parasitic relationship - NGD uses us to survive without a care for our needs & desires.

Lets keep our relationship friendly and happy - NGD secure in the knowledge that we will keep playing & paying and we will be secure in the knowledge that we have a just and fair trial before all players to account for our actions if allegations are brought against us.

but honestly guys, does anyone really think ngd is going to reply in this forum? if they contact anyone it will be superdave, and i am sure they think they have a good reason, no matter how wrong they are.

There seems to be a lot of support for you, Dave. I don't know know you personally, but if what everyone is saying is true then the ban is unjust. God knows, there's no one on Regnum that's more outspoken than me both in the forum and ingame, and I've never had a problem. You may be on the wrong team but I'm going to have to back you as well on this one.
