Personally I think the whole thing should have been balanced before leaving Beta stage and having said that, I'm sure NGD had their own reasons for doing it the way they did. The problem we have here now is that many of the players have been here for a while and have gotten used to the way their characters work. An example: there's no one past, present, or future that will complain as much as me about the loss hunters experienced when they lost ranged pets. A new player that starts to play the game today will have a hunter and enjoy playing him whereas I will doubtfully ever play one again. The new guy never had ranged pets so he hasn't 'lost' anything but in fact is playing the game the way it was intended to be played. The new barb today will not be able to compare Thirst for Blood to the old version and therefore will feel no loss for that either. All classes are being finalized according to NGD's long term plans. Unfortunately the final product (being the final versions of each class in balance) is not ready yet. And until it is there will more complaints, posts, and threads about character nerfing. It's just as well to get used to it and even expect it.

Another thing is, if you're getting that frustrated with the whole thing in general, then it's time for a break and/or a fresh start. Take some time off, it'll give you a whole new outlook.

ref i understand u this does get anoying after a while and for as long we been here hearing some kids whine about a class how they to powerful. even then most could be lvl 50 who dont know how to use there skills right like dm said. the marksmen class out all off them i find well balance even thou im staRTING TO HATE THIS DAM WORD!!!!!!!!! but the warlock does need something unlike the 2 other offence class. marksmen got range and speed barbs are super fast, a mage can drain damage for like 1k that break in 1 2 3.
every class got ways to take down every other class u just gotta know wat u doin and be smart not a dum ass and fill the thread with whine about a class

I think, there are some underpowered classes, but it's funny the whining threads don't come from them, but from classes allready powered enough.

There is a balance team and there are some threads about that, so no need to start one whining thread after an other. I agree on that. I think the balance team will do a good job. Most of them are very good players, having experience in more than one class. So just wait, what the next updates will bring.

This guy know how to play his pj, he demostrated it a hundred times.

Now lets take a look of how he says about his own class. a marksman, he always been that even when marksman were totally crap.

umm did he say that marksmen have like less then 1.4k of mana? i dont think so. most those combos he said take out all ur mana in 1 2 3. try useing lighting arrow and son of the wind thats 1k of mana and u left with 300

Naz of course talks from a RvR point of view, with 2 conjurers using mana communion you will never go out of mana, of course he knows about the mana problem and i know it too, its really annoying when you use all mana in someone and a conjurer heals him up again, makes you really useless.

See, I agree the damage is ok, but marksmen as a class are going to have to loose spells like son of wind. It is only fair to the other classes, and I am starting to see that. I just think we don't need to like over react to marksmen because then they will get so toned down that they won't be fun to play. I don't know how many people remember how marksmen used to be with the old spells. They were fucking weak! Now they have some power and probably too much defense. I just hope NGD does it right when they do balance them out.

Isn't repetition shot a shortbow skill, which then nerfs the range and removes break apart from the list of spells?

As a level 41 hunter, I have a fairly good idea about the balance of the classes, and I have to say, I hate them all. Syrtis' classes are far underpowered and ignis and alsius far overpowered. Take this for example! I have multiple times chased level 50 enemy hunters all across the realms, never once catching them, yet I have also multiple times been caught on similar chases! I was killed by an enemy knight in a few hits when all of my shots failed to pierce his heavy metal armor.. His spear however had no difficulty getting through my leather, a disgrace. Enemy barbarians hit far too hard and friendly barbarians take far too much damage, clearly work is needed.

I don't know, it's possible there are some balance issues, but I'm fairly happy with the game as is. I'm happy in my class, I'm happy with my strategies, I'm happy with my puppy dog.

I remember it, i killed many of them with my conjurer, i remember doing pvps vs nazgul when he was in syrtis and i won many of them only with steel skin. But they were improved more and more since then, before acrobatic and elude spels didnt work, most of arrow mastery spells were disabled and they only had freeze and long bow skills.

I think ngd will not remove skills from the marksman, they will add or nerf just some things, for example Strategic position its 120/120 protection +40% at lvl 1 and caution from warriors its 60/60 +40% of protection with -10% movement (well it has been changed today, now its whithout movement penalization) its just strange, i guess they will add some penalizations and adjust some things, the marksman is a class very well done no need for wasting it.

And well, we dont like to nerf classes but if we saw something we think its wrong i think is good to say it, even if it can sound like "complaining".

Hope you understand me but like i wrote stupid things in my posts i think is no need for threads like this, sounds like "You guys dont know nothing so shut up" to me, all people here nows how to play and they are just giving his opinion.

that was the best explanation of the unbalance class fights that anyone has said

you are right,, until the end result is acheived , there is always gonna be some class stronger then another

but we dont have to like it until that happens, but we all do have to deal with it
