I've only low fps (5-10), but I never go above 120 ms although I'm using an ATI laptop video card under Linux.

I got a lot of lag again today...at samal I had 20k - 100k pings.

The other day I had a 'sharp spike' of 242k, which made me have to end the programme.

I have crashed alot today too and been far behind others due to being teleported back every 5 seconds :P

awwww...i crash and died 3 times yesterday

and lag is horrible especialy around limits and forts

I get lags/freezes/crashes a lot too - and often at the the most awful times when in battles.

Unfortunately, it's a horrible part of the game that we just have to accept for now, and play for the more enjoyable times when it doesn't happen.

Lag is the "Russian winter" of online gaming.

I lag terrible since the update before last.

Yes, indeed lag is worse.
Val, Russian springs are more worse, not cold, but mud everywhere were you get stuck in. So if lag is Russian winter, I fear the solution

First time ever I lagged today and it was unplayable. Damm it's annoying!

Lag is truly worse. But personally I don't think there is a way of improving that apart from some huge company buys NGD and gives them new huge servers :P
