is only droppes on muspell one time

Err... On topic, I think that all Rings and Amulets (Excluding dragon / boss drops) should be available to ALL realms.

Then Syrtis / Alsius can stop complaining about Lightning Rings and Ignis can have a taste of choice / HP.

We know that Muspell is filled with GMs that create unbalanced items they make up in their spare time and spawn mobs many months before they are 'officially' implemented.

Yes, you are right, the German GMs sometimes made a horrible job. But I think the amulet was a regular dragon-drop.
