There are already many underground shelters created, with an average of 2 per year being made.

Well, I don't live in a city, but on the countryside. Furthermore there aren't any big cities in the province of Friesland.
Do you know of any shelters in the Netherlands or will we just all die here? :P

People have predicted the end of the world for 1000's of years, It hasnt happened yet. Unless the world is on fire and we are in the Matrix or some Vault-tec Simulation and dont know it
