Nice!
Can't wait for the flying heads XD Btw, I noticed her feet kinda slide when she walks, that's beacause the "camera" is fixed on her shoulders?

Oh yeah, thanks edge, it was late
Torg, well, it's just a pure animation atm, it'll be fixed with the background later

Oh ok. I'm trying to understand how this works!
Then you bring the monkeys and the cheese barrels, right?

Ahaaa ! So you've sped up the animation to match the music tempo. It gives a nice effect, that should be accentuated with a broad movement of the forearms (or of the shoulders, maybe...) ^^
Pretty nice, however !

YO YO YO!
Don't think this idea died, oh no, it moves forward every day. I just didn't have anything interesting to show as update. And I still don't have, but you guys can be sure the animation is being created. I still am not decided what to do, a flash frame by frame or hand drawn. Both have advantages and disadvantages. Hand drawn on tracing paper is SO much easier to do, but scanning and fixing takes a lot of time. Flash animating is much easier, but less accurate. At least, for me. Keep in mind I do this alone, without a group of animators and I'm trying to make a fun cartoon, not a Disney production. The overall image will be fun to watch, hopefully, but not a great aesthetic pleasure. I don't have years to do it, actually ;P I'm trying to be fast no matter what, so the quality of animations can be mediocre. The script is constantly changing, but I have some finished scenes which I'm working on, and some of them are even fixed with voices already. Hard to show anything interesting atm, since most of the work is storyboard, animatic or doing NOT FUN stuff like backgrounds, positioning, compositing and tests. But here you go, it's how it looks like, at its best :P I will try to mash up some finished scenes into a trailer sometime soon Hope you guys still root for me and want to help with voices and sound effects Also, some music would be nice, if anyone is interested

Haha love that goat
Frame by frame with tracing paper is, scary, to say the least, it take a very long time to do anything detailed and although it would look more like the comic than a flash animated film asking one guy to do anything lenghty in detailed frame by frame is a bit much :] I dobut I have as much experiance as you do in Flash but I would reccomend going frame by frame, avoid tweening when you can as it tends to look rather robotic so to speak. Glad to see this project is still alive and kicking, cant wait to see a finished product

I'm not going to use any tweening or 3D, as I am a conservative 2D animator ;D

Jo-jojo, project revival !
Difficult choice... and even more uneasy to give you any advice :S. According to the difficulty and the time to make it, which way would you prefer (faster or more accurate) ? If you still hesitate, you have two other options : flip a coin or make both :P (ouch ! Not on the head, that's low... wahouch !! Lower neither, dammit ! /o\). I know it may be kinda childish but we may not have a precise idea of the difference between the two techniques. So, can you rate them from 1 to 10 regarding their difficulty, the time they will take you and your own preferences ? (Hand drawn : difficulty X, time Y, preference Z ; Flash : etc... knowing that it would be your perception, the ratio you think it would takes you to make one or the other). Anyhow, you can obviously still count on me for some vocal effects but I'm afraid I won't be able to help you for anything else >.<' - technically speaking. That said, we'll have to remember that you still have exams coming in a few months... patience is cheap ^^.
