The WZ is SUPPOSED to be dangerous, and it is the hunters that make it that way, because if you are just out there grinding, they can come along and nail you to the wall for kicks. Also, the speed boost? It is needed to make it so that you aren't ridiculously slow when camoed. Forces you to waste 6-8 skill points just to run at a decent rate when invisible, if nothing else. And if they are fast and run away, that is because they are nearly as delicate as locks, but can't heal themselves by sucking your life. |

balancing hunters? Nerf camo and sotw. often people will say "yeah you died, you were alone that's why, you need a group" but if you need a group for one hunter there must be something wrong? or am I the only one to see the logic in that :s?

This thread is for ideas on balancing Hunters. Please keep in mind SOTW is in Evasion which Marksman share as well.

If anything, hunters need MORE power, not less!
Ideas to strengthen hunters: 1- make invisible (oh, they already have that, nvr mnd) 2- make invulnerable (oh, they already have that, too) 3- give tracking ability (um, oh yeah... i forgot) 4- make as powerful as conjuror by having a pet (oh, already done) 5- make more powerful than conj by having pet permanently (oh, already have that) 6- make pet invisible too (nvr mnd... sigh) 7- make hunter fastest char in whole game (oh... silly me) 8- make pet continual while on horseback, even though conj and all other players lose all powers when on horse oh wait... I know a few: 9- give power of flight to hunter only 10- give power to breath underwater indefinitely 11- introduce high-speed crossbows... again, only for hunter 12- allow hunters to use all other classes weapons |

To balance a hunter is simple, put a 10kg weight in each hand thus leveling them out

I, for one, think that hunters should have to choose between pet and camo. At the very least, they should lose all powers when horseback, like the rest of us. Including pet.
