June 07 i started.

Not Beta but not too long after.

It was my first on-line game, and a real buzz playing against other people instead of just playing against the computer.

I had to look it up in the profile, but it says I joined on 06-17-2007, which is not that long after beta. The only MMO I played before was Eternal Lands, so this was quite different. I remember that I was looking for Linux games when I stumbled upon this and thought I might give it a try. What I also remember is that I wasn't too impressed with it at first. No idea what got me hooked after that.

I remember when I saw in a thread that you graduated in a month after you joined, I was quite pissed, since I was already playing for 8-9 months and only had a level 40 hunter and level 34 knight... Damm you, Matt!

I joined in January 08 and graduated in July 08.
