Do you have any idea how much xp is needed for level 60?
You do not want to know.

Level advancement beyond level cap is something that is being considered but let's discuss that after the current balance stage, shall we?

I think adding 2 or 3 more points for 50's would be a far better, simpler and more elegant solution than coming up with new 50+ armor, weapons, items, etc. and ostracizing countless 50's who have had enough grinding already. Quote:
Please, I wouldn't even consider it, as it would be the best way to alienate most of the veteran 50's out there if not those close to 50 only to see their "finish line" extended exponentially from where it was.

Some of the best knights in the game build setups around switching weapons. Its actually a disadvantage in most situations to only specialize in one weapon tree.

Warlock 73 pp - By far the easiest out of my three classes, i can get what i want easily, certainly feel like i get more out this than the old system.
Despite needing more points in silence lvl 4 instead of lvl 2 and leveling mind push that usually have at lvl 1 to lvl 4. This class have some insignificant passives skill, more power points for great spells i guess. Marksman 65 pp - Quite easy, no problems at all to get the setup i like. It feels at least equal or slight better then with the old system. I could easily free up some more points from fairly useless passives if want to get some more attack. Barbarian 65 pp - This is the toughest class of my three to setup, i had to make some real sacrifices something my other classes setups didnt require. It feel like this change will affect my barb negatively, but only to some extent. There is also a bug on amun, giving me extra power points after i setup, log out and log back in. Im not going to make any new character, but out of curiosity how will you handle this? |
