Let's do it trivial: evasion := evasion / 10
Or simplier: evasion := 0

Yeah, remove evasion and resists completely and implement some kind of damage reduction system instead.
It's just about damn time NGD acts.
The evasion/resist %"§$!!!%!!! has gone on long enough.

Megrim was the one who balanced things at that time yeah, he was the one who balanced all the whole game since we have no balance changes since he left.

You talked with him anytime? Do you was in anytime in the experimental with him talking about the game and doing test?

I agree, i don't know why they don't just revert to the old system. It worked MUCH MUCH better in practice.
