Interesting that you say Alsius is the weakest realm. We are the smallest, but I wouldn't say the weakest. Check the rankings page and look at the highest scores for All realms and All classes. The top 20 on the list consists of the following:

Alsius: 13
Ignis: 5
Syrtis: 2
