yeah he's just a puppet, sultar is so evil that if he shows himself in the overworld the sun will burn him, so he sends this illusuonary sultar

How about people having a huge 3 kingdom battle when suddenlly the earth opens and Sultar comes out pissed beacause our "noise" is disturbing his unholy underworld orgies

You've never been to Ignis, right? Do you REALLY know about the allmighty Sultar? He can be in more than a place at once. He can have a shop near the Wall, have underwolrd parties with EVERYTHING you can imagine and at the same time he can inspire warlocks and conjurers of all realms.
