We had an interesting discussion with our history teacher about whether the Cold War is over, or still going on. For both points of view are quite good arguments(even though I forgot them

), so we didn't really found a conclusion(we also didn't have much time to do so, actually).

Even though those rockets might be small, the signal that Russia gets is that they are considered as a potential threat. Maybe they are indeed, but it's not very smart to confront them with this so openly. Don't anger the bear!
