The IP-addresses of Spanish speaking countries are currently blocked from Horus, so I am afraid you can't transfer.

That is for NGD to decide.

i love the tansfer but i have only one small complaint..te fact that we cant get the apperance change quest..it seems small yes, but i havent touched these chars in a year or so, and so i never thought to log in to get that quest as i believe it didnt have a time constraint..though i guess it does

so im stuck with a character whos face i dont like as much as my other chars.

server transfer have a flaw on character stash.
back when i was in RA, i bought xim item that expends the "character stash" inventory from 15 to 50 .
after i transfered to Horus, while all the items do get transfered with no problem, the "character stash" capacity resets to 15. so now my character stash shows "26/15".
so when i take a item out, i can't put it back into the character stash because the maximum capacity is now 15.
can NGD do something about that? i dont want to spend xim to buy another inventory expension. ive paid for it already...

You know what I've been thinking? That transfers are a bit too late. It'd be more effective/desired if they were released 4-5 months after Horus started :S people either left their clans cause they had enough of spanish everywhere and started all over in Horus or they were left alone in Ra because they had friends there. Like me. I'd probably transfer if I could much much earlier than now. I'm kinda alone in my clan because of Horus.

If you plan on releasing any new server next time keep that in mind, dear ngd.

What if he would have started playing in Horus when he was in England?? He would be forced to start over again in Ra :/.....

Spanish IP blocks are a dirty way to keep English as the main language in Horus, but until you can afford ingame chat moderators you can keep the blocks, but at least, unblock an account if they send you an email (in english) requesting to play in that server.

If a player can prove he can speak fluent English, mods could ask them a few questions or such, then they should be allowed to play an English server.
