Hi guys,

to those concerned about the robbery let me tell you what happened.

I have a building in construction right next to my apartment.
I left to spend Xmas with my family and left my window open.
Someone jumped from the construction to my balcony and entered my apartment and the one on the same floor on the next building.

They where looking for money. Turned my apartment up side down and as I don't have any they left with something they could carry: My PS3.

So, All in all, I was lucky.
They didn't take my 360 neither my games.
I finished Uncharted 3 last week so I won't miss any critical save games

We had to release this before Xmas, we had a commitment to the community, to our partners and to ourselves.

We decided to go live with some bugs, that we considered minor at the time and could be fixed a couple of weeks later.
We just thought that the GUI was such a major improvement that the update was going to be percieved as a step forward regardless.

The ximerin bug was not reported by anyone (as you don't actualy spend ximerin when buying premium items in Amun)

it is obvious that our development process is broken, we are working hard to come up with a better ways to continue developing Regnum during the course of next year.

Even though I agree with you on some parts, he could've done it better. But if he really did it for the sake of NGD and their weak bug recovering system then he is doing us a favor... But only IF he is not lying which we can't know for sure anyway. In my eyes, at this point his intentions were really good.. Just the way he did it..

But unfortunately all my posts and threads containing criticism has been deleted, without any explanation. (You're not respecting and taking care of your customers and what they do think about you even even?). Just FYI, I've spent around 1000-2000 euros in RO at first 6 months of my gameplay...

After some time, my forum account gets banned too (no cause was ban has been reported to me). I was NOT using non-normative words even to be banned for...

So, I've left alone with all the critical security issues that I had. My threads are deleted, my reports got ignored, my forum and game account has been banned.

So I've left game, just logged in sometimes to talk my mates.

After being "invisibly pressed" and ignored by your side, I tried to show you how these issues are critical (Remember Christmas trees?).

Although I've never revealed the exploit to PUBLIC and I will never do (because I DON'T WANT other players to loose Regnum Online as a game). If I did, can you imagine what it will be?

I hope that next time you'll be more serious and will listen carefully to the people who points to your security flaws that you have. And please, stop pretending yourselves as a victims in this situation.

I've lost money and my RO account and everything that I had, you've lost nothing (I didn't revealed exploit to public) and you have still enough time to fix these damn bugs in Regnum Online until someone else besides me will find them. And please don't forget to fix all the bugs that players report you already 3 years.

P.S. One player from Ignis has an Alsius main and he told me after X-Mas trees show: "Please give me Xims for less cost, I will pay you using PayPal." I refused. He told me that he'll blame me on forums if i will not reveal exploit to him. Now I see that he's doing his job good in this thread.

I was the same way... (but i never demanded anything for my discoveries other than fix them)

I told NGD about critical bugs and exploits...

I also went and made it obvious to all that it was possible but did not say how...

I was banned for climbing walls (the only thing I should have possibly been banned for, it was a test on the real server to see if the issue I told ngd about a year ago was fixed... and it was not. So I ran around and people took screen shots of me = banned)

Second time I was banned for not having a clan name (I didnt know this was bannable, and to me .. on my screen no one had clan names.)

Then I was told by admins, "one more thing and you are banned forever"
(yes they didn't care that I didn't know not having a clan name was wrong and they refused to remove the strike against me - I even gave them pictures as proof of my story showing everyone ignis realm without clan names)

Imagine how I feel. I like you spent tons of time trying to make this game awesome. I personally made thousands of copies of the game and thousands of documents and told thousands of people to play this game. Battle Angel Alita is proof of this. I met Battle Angel Alita "Terry" when I was with my sister helping her to find an apartment. Terry was in charge of the office there. We spoke as we walked around looking at houses, and I left him with a slip of paper saying. www.regnumonlinegame.com ignis server - demonmonger.

We can do our best to bring people to this game, and our best to warn about potential problems; in the end it is us who looks like the bad guy and us who gets banned. The people of regnum can't even begin to understand how we feel about this game. If we didn't care we wouldnt be here. The purpose is not to destroy the game, but to make it the best game online.

The thing that bothered me most was the inventing of a balance team with players that didnt even know what all the skills in game did....

I remember the days when devs would speak to us in person to get problems fixed. Megrim Niclam did... I remember the days when an exploit was reported and the admins would log in beside you to watch how it was done and thank you for your support.
