The sad thing about the history of Horus/Haven is that the best balancing mechanism is depopulation.
This is why the server never made it to even close to server cap populations. It is a recurring cycle of die out and recover. Its like the server is hit with bubonic plague every so often. |

Nothing personal, but i think people who already have a vesper ammulet, should not get a draconic ammulet. After all, i think the draconic ammulets should go, replace it with something usefull |
