Agreed,if a guy realy want to join a underpopulated realm will delet his acound an create new one in underpopulated realm ,as i did.

But this scrolls will imbalance even more thinks ,people tend to join powerful realm.

Poll is not good ,and does not mean all that voted Yes will go on a underpopulated realm.Many people are triky.

I voted NO. We dont want to encourage any more freaking MULTIREALMERS do we? I think we have enough idiots changing realms constantly to help the other realm or to kill the bosses or to kill a guy they hate or whatever they do it for.
You can change realm and lvl a character wherever you like but fgs STAY THERE!

Damn, of course I sometimes want to change ream, but hell no I wish to grind to 60 again. This would the purpose. You could add a cap to it ex. If you have a character 60, you can change realm.

Did not vote but i am all for it if it would limit realm choice to the least populated.
