PD: I drink abour a liter of milk a day, since i remember. I dont drink water, just milk at home, and coke outside. (and beer in pubs)

@Ramona: calcium helps to the new bone cells, which includes all the bones and not just teeth. If you have lack of calcium that's because you either can't fixate it (maybe vitamin d, which is produced by exposure to the sun isn't present) or your diet is poor in calcium. In MY case it was due to a medicine which blocked the vitamin d and because I never see sunlight. :P

But as you say, what done is done and you can't change it. Though, you can help your bones. Remember that the structure of any bone changes completely every 10 years

Milk actually shouldn't be a part of your daily diet because it's more harmful to adult people than helpful.

I can take calcium and potassium pills, I guess they will help me prevent future cavities. And yes, appointment with dentist in two weeks. And brush my teeth more often!

Like, 10 times a day.

Okay, hm. I should draw Evendim to express my awe to NGD artists!
