Hello Adrian,

first, thank you NGD for the new Valhalla Server location (185.52.158.173).

But I´m a little bit disappointed.

The test at Amun was great and i had a Server ping avg: 57ms and Gameplay ping avg: 62ms
WinMTR to the new Amun IP (185.52.158.221) was also fine, avg: 40ms

But today at Valhalla i have a Server ping avg: 116ms and Gameplay ping avg: 109ms (see attachment)

WinMTR looks fine, avg: 56ms (see attachment)

Why is the Server ping at new Valhalla "so bad"?

today it looks like a little bit better:
Inet ping avg: 53ms
Server ping avg: 69ms
Gameplay ping avg: 71ms

And i can´t enter Amun, because the game hangs up in Loading Screen. Sry.

It's ok. I was assuming you were having a problem with your connection. I've been having steady ping since the release, and in all new servers. It's normal that pinging the server process or gameplay core takes around 30 more milliseconds. You know, processing a lot of data. The fact here is that Regnum doesn't lie at all with how it handles data. It shows you the exact ping to the core (no other game does it, at least that I know of). It doesn't "fake" the gameplay when there is lag, etc.

I play from the san francisco bay area and I haven't had any improvements. I have pings in the 190-210 range. Is this expected?

Yes, from San Francisco that is an expected ping range.

The above trace looks fine. Let it run longer and try to have it running while you experience the lag.
