paper, ink, pencil, photoshop and few film programs such as Jasc Animation Shop, Flash and Image Ready ^^
im gonna try Adobe Premiere but I never liked it

Have you tired stop motion pro yet pizzy? its pretty good for this type of animation

I think it's more for real life animation such as claymation and puppets.

yup it is but it can be used for hand drawn animation just as effectively
