val goes on and on about nerfing my class. I think he has good ideas about how to defend and fight as a realm, but I won't follow him if all he does on these boards is to cry about marksman.

BTW - had a fight with a hunter last night. WITH strategic position up, he was hitting me for 150 and I was hitting him for 70. OP'D!

try checking your armor? is it good against pierce?

oh yeah, there are arrows with more kinds of damage, but how much does this affect damage type in the damaging system?

LJwolfe didn't mention a pet though, but I think the major part of the damage comes from pierce, there's the bow too XD. I think the main damage without a weapon (character window) has the type the weapon has, therefore, pierce. I've wondered a lot about the damage calculations when attacked by more kinds of damage, want to test it out some day XD?

If you don't belive that arrows type have influance on dmg so why you ask about type of armor?
About your question. 84-90dmg on Slim Jim with slashing arrows, 130-150 with compo (piercing-blunt).

Slim is so well protected against piercing that the damage he receives from normal attacks from archers is a joke. However, arcanna strike will hit him REALLY hard
