Its a bad year for Poland. I only know about this when I read this thread because it not appeared on the news of my country.
 The whole country is flooded? Or just a part of it?

Well mostly the area with aquifiers and rivers. Which means a lot. Flooded or damp, including ground collapsing and thus destroying buildings
that's capital city, Warsaw. Flooded metro station:  middle of the city, and that's rain only.
