I wrote to the customer service email about the charges made but no Ximerin credits posted. I have my transaction #s that I included in the emails, but still no response from anyone as to what needs to be resolved.

$40.00 is a lot of money to just give away.......... I think if it the credits do not get posted, I need a refund, or the name of the person to contact directly.

ouch that hurts....

but i buy xer. all the time and im sure there is some freak mix up goin on

ngd team is very good at making sure xer. is posted to your account right away

so give it time they pobly have a lot of emails to go thru and the weeekend just ended.

im sure they will fix it real soon for u

Contact someone from NGD as soon as possible.
