I guess it's 5% on leggins and 7% on tunics.

It feel like they cut back heavily on the amount of legendary items you get as well, the feeling is that it more like 1/10 now.

It should be that way imo, legendary shouldn't be something that is too common. Can you drop them as well? Or just box them?

ngd has all the right to get money with premium stuff they make, if you don't want it don't buy it, but yes sometimes it goes too far @.@ i mean why should a xim user get more movement speed than a non xim user? ofc we can "buy" legendary items from other ppl that buy them with xim, but we basicly get the scraps, and most of the times they want crazy stuff that ppl dont have, it's almost impossible to get it unless you got something to trade for it.
But seriously, a xim user getting more movement speed than a non-xim user? @.@ that was a punch in the stomach when i heard about it, i felt it... |

It seem to be very rare, and likely that you have to sacrifice good stats on your current set, unless you are extremely lucky. |

Back to this thread: Pay to win??? I don't think so. Most of the bonuses I have seen, does not increase the stats enough to make one person OP, the OP comes from the class and skill of the player. I do agree that introducing special gear could be slippery slope into a pay-to-win system, but at the moment we are on pretty level ground. I would like to see an injection of some of these item into the free market (via other players or boss drops ). This would help relieve the worries of pay-to-win. I also think the auction house will have a big impact on the gear that is available to the people. If you don't want to spend real money on gear, just collect gold and prowl the auction house, I'm sure you will be able to find some good gear eventually (just like opening a lucky box).
