The new spelllog IS SLOW. In terms of info arrives later, not in terms of lag.
We are not talking about fighting a creature. Its about pvp.
When you fight an enemy its vital to know if your power resisted. And you need to know it as quickly as possible.
Right now you learn about it only when your next attack is already in progress.
But thats too late, cause you need to decide which is the next attack on the success of the previous one.

Also what gets casted on you was more recognizable when it popped up on screen.
The new log is cool, it gives a lot of info. But for "hardcore pvp player" (cant think of a better word) its a huge step backwards!
I thinks thats is better now, when you can see the information in the log exactly when the hit is made. Now we have to think more quickly

About crashes & fps lag, I couldn't agree more it is bad. I'm just testing new classes while it is solved but even while leveling a barb I can't stop crashing (very much like a few months ago, but now I'm used to a bit more stability ).

Anyway I'm sure things will be right on track again in a few patches.

Arlick it is as exciting as fighting blind; you may enjoy it from time to time but as far as I know no sane fighter will keep the blind on his eyes in life-threatening situations

As usual,

This is a new change, what happens next after _every_ sensible change?

- People complain.
- Some are so used to the previous version that are unable to see the improvements.
- Some users are right about what's wrong but because everybody is complaining as well, it is hard to tell who's right apart.
- After awhile, things settle down and we are able to gather some objective feedback about what went wrong.
- We do changes, tweaks and improvements on the new stuff.
- The new stuff becomes part of the game, some people still complain and no matter what, they can't be happy with the changes, some others get used to it and start seeing the benefits.
- Life goes on...

So, I can't really answer for this as Im not the responsible but I can assure you that we will continue to do what we do. That is, strive to make the game better ad infinitum.
