Yeah I notice I lack in that kind of speed, btw It is mostly because I chosed the spell to cast too slowly so I had to think a little more and preferred that way of clicking.. I must get that, I'd be a very bad lock

It's usually because frames are dropped, which could be a sign that your computer cannot handle recording in realtime.
You could try lowering the recording FPS and see if that helps.
