I would love if you can help me explain why all of the statistical data (average playing time, concurrent users, revenue, etc) has increased on all servers and why this poll's result is so negative.

I am not being ironical.
I would really like to get a grasp on this issue.
Is it a hardcore vs casual thing? Old users vs new users?

thanks,

Hi Chilko,

Did our replies enable you to grasp the meaning of this poll results ?
I would like to know what do you think. Is it worth to try to spend time on those problems or is it the way you want Regnum goes ?

Very well said. Same for me.

That isn´t Regnum Warmasters, it´s Regnum GRINDmasters *$$ bling bling $$*

A game with with so many EXP to levelup from 50 to 60 is a farce right now. I would do this, but i haven´t fun if i was killed by so many LvLkillers, who want to earn this WM Coins (there is no high level zone in the inner realm to level up).

This is one of the main problems. Because of those new quests, people who wouldn't normally kill you (alot of people don't kill grinders by choice) have to become bloodthirsty and merciless just to complete their quests. The net result is that it has become almost impossible to grind in the warzone, and for that reason you don't see many levellers anymore, either. Levelling entirely from war needs to be possible.

On an average day, making 500 RP is easy, and making 1000 RP is possible but difficult. So we can extrapolate in order to get from 50-60 (7.4m XP) from war alone, a player would have to kill 7,400 level 60-ish players in One vs. One scenarios with the current rates of 1K XP/player. At 1k RP a day, a player is killing the equivalent of about 45 level 60 players. It would thus take 164 days of extremely intensive play in order to complete the grind from level 50 to 60 in war. That's an entire year (of playing heavily every single day) to make it at a rate of 500 RPs/day.

We can then determine that in order to reach level 60 in a year from moderate play (say, 250 RP/day, five days a week), enemies would have to give 2.5K of XP. And keep in mind, that is still with moderate play, not even casual, and that it still takes a year, assuming no breaks for other games, school, work or anything else. So to summarize: The current XP rates are far too low, and as the game is about war (not grind). Please, NGD, reintroduce +GRP for warzone, and add war-specific XP boosters! Giving experience for capturing and holding forts would also be beneficial.

In my opinion it should be possible to reach level 60 from level 50 in a year from casual play, from war alone.
(Although some bonuses for girnding in the warzone would be nice...)

I actually typed out a rather lengthy post..but all of it was negative. so why even bother saying it.

NGD I like you, but I lost faith in you and your vision.

Thanks for the good memories, and a game I loved, that was never forgotten, maybe overlooked when we see so many bugs and issues, so I still say thanks for making a game that kept me busy for 3 years, even if you probably don't hear that often anymore.

Permabanned for not abusing a single bug, following your ticket to the letter, poor support. is why I took a break.

Lack of any moderation in game, I would gladly do it for free as a player who typically played for 9+ hours..that would be alot of free time devoted to keeping the realm chat a safe place for kids, I believe I'm a fair person..but again even if not me..why not someone else? Raven is doing so well with their moderation, and it makes me see just how badly players get treated, tickets go unanswered for serious offenses. it was deleted..that is the correct thing to do?

its like you aren't even there, yes you are small and busy, but like i said, silence just creates frustration and causes players to just quit when they don't hear a word about the issues and worries they have concerning RO.

This update was the finally cut for us here at home to step down from playing RO after 4 (!) years.

Teleporting, increased lvl cap, senseless invasions, more grinding, item rip off, unfixed bugs, muting the community by bans, do we have to say more?

I voted no for the following reasons:

My game experience did not improve for losing aprrox 7 million xp then having to grind to lvl 60

My game experience was not fun to obtain the coins to become a warmaster

My game experience took a verticle dive once i became a warmaster, lower levels trying to order me to create portals to wherever.

I find bridge fights boring after 3 mins (pretty much the only war going on at the times i play)

End of the day, im finding the game less interesting since the update therefore i play less, and i therefore spend less money on a game i used to play for hours a day

It would have been much better if 50-60 could only be attained through warring.

I think this is part of the problem; casual players now feel that there is a wider gulf between themselves and the hardcore players who reach WM status with relative ease.
