Noone is making you do anything... now IF the expansion means raising the lvlcap, still noone is forcing you grind a single mob. Atm Regnums RvR is fully enjoyble from 50+ (my own opinion of course). If it's anything like the warmasters expansion was (where there is a huge gap between a level 50 and a level 60 player), then you will have to be max level to compete. But that's for another thread.

Not trying to be 'dramatic' just expressing my hatred for grinding It's boring, monotonous, and time consuming; and necessary to even the playing field with max leveled players (my own opinion of course).

If they increase max lvl I leave this game

Magna weapons, if you won't change anything in STAFFS do nothing. 2x sockets? Are you kidding me? How many mages use WM staves or Magna ones?

I agree with you that the current WM powers are OP. But do You need to have them?
No. After the adjustments made by ngd (showing that they realized the powers weren't working properly) What's more important in todays gameplay is being close, or in a larger group (<---hence the RvR aspect) that has 1+ Wm.
In my current gameplay I have more fun playing my lvl 52 warlock, then my lvl 60 Warmaster marx. Why? Cause my lvl warlock have something to AIM for, to one day become higher lvl + perhaps Wm.. (<--- again my own personal opinion)

What's for another thread is the old Horus population rushing their asses off to max lvl, then complain there's "nothing to do" (can't speak for Haven, just what I've seen during my years on Horus)

With the only exception of Hunters, I can compete just as well(and have fun doing so) with any class +50. Still think you are being dramatic about must be max lvl.

Ps. a clanmate made his first(and only) char lvl 60 2 weeks ago... not a single mob grinded on, pure war!!
(and a week ago he reached Wm status)

I agree that max level isn't necessary, but if the level cap is raised in another expansion, players who are only L50-55 may have to grind to L60+ to be competent in war.

I'm not talking about Warmaster powers at all, we all know they're overpowered and not well thought out. I was talking about the level cap being raised to 60. I don't even do warmaster quests because I don't see the point if everyone else is already a warmaster and can benefit from the powers. (seems selfish, I know).

If the cap is raised, lower level players will still be forced to grind to compete. You say this game is fine for level 50+ players in RvR, and I'm not going to disagree. I am, however, going to say that with new levels comes more powers, more health, more mana, more armor, etc, and the gap only gets bigger between max level and lower level chars. Sure, it's fun for 50+ players now, but maybe after the expansion its only for 55+ players, like Tenel said. Both my Conjurer and Warlock are both level 55, I play them regularly and have plenty of fun, I assure you.

Anyway, done derailing this thread, don't call me 'dramatic' because I don't want to grind >.<
