yep, and they have sprint -,- 200% speed for 1 min....
Mira is ranger i like only those claws they have as option for weapon, and i like their transformation spell: i saw only chicken, but i heard they can transform into darkies on high lvl (not sure though)

I think it was a priest, not sure yet, but someone transformed me into fox few times and i was doing much more damage than with my weapon.

That game has great PvE, mobs with spell, all cool, looks good, works good, shiny etc... But their PvP so sucks! Or i was in wrong time in PvP. Or darkies camp lighties gate or lighties camp their gate and fire firecrackers... and atm, at lvl 33, i can only stick to lvling, because i passed 30 and can enter only in pvp 1-60 where i m dead meat. to do smthg, u need hard mode char. more points etc. If u go in PvP, try to make as many as possible kills, every PvP rank brings more points for spending in attributes. any kill-rank 1, 50 kills rank 2, 300 kills-rank 3 etc...
So as I like more PvP, I ll enjoy in Regnum for now. It is buggy and what not, but has the best PvP so far!

When was the last time you saw a decent war at a castle? I haven't seen one for several months. Guards at forts and castles do not stop even a single player from "capturing" a castle or fort. For forts, just stand at range 21+ and shoot your staff or bow at the door. The guards will ignore you. At castles, stand right against the door, again th guards will ignore you. When the door breaks, run in, hit flag, hide... capture. Now, you only need 1 person to take a fort or castle, so who needs an army? Many people complain about lag at fort battles, saying it is unplayable for them. For these people, RvR is out of the question. Spell lag gets unmanageable when more than about 650 people are online, making it horrible to play at all, especially for warriors and mages that depend on their spells and timing. Classes are imbalanced now. When I started in Regnum, all the classes seemed equally important. Things are no longer that way. Support conjurers are very, very rare now. Why is that? One major factor is the Confuse spell takes the support conjurer out of the game for 40 seconds. Knights are becoming less important. Why is that? Knights are supposed to be the tanks that can absorb massive damage, at the cost of no ranged attacks. But now, hunters have become better tanks than knights. Why be a knight, when you can be a hunter with better tanking, faster movement, ranged attacks, a powerful pet, invisibility, Son of the Wind ("God Mode" might be a more fitting name), highest evades, camo, tracking, and the most damaging area spell, Repetition Shot? I see lots of hunters, warlocks, barbarians, and marksmen now. Most of the conjurers have become warjurers, switched characters, or stopped playing. The two main support classes (support conjurers and knights), which are the "glue" that hold together RvR battles, are gradually vanishing in place of classes that are better at hunting alone or in small parties. When I first started, a hunter (I think it was DemonMonger but I could be wrong) suggested that the most powerful team would be a hunter-only team. I strongly disagreed with him, because at that time, I believed that a party of mixed classes complimenting one another was a superior group. Now, with the changes made in the last 6 months, I have to agree with him. There is no benefit to taking or holding a fort or castle. There is no strategic advantage, no RP bonus. Taking a fort or castle has the sole result of changing the color of an icon on a website. Who cares? Many people have made great suggestions on making this better, like making bridges points of conflict, but NGD has done nothing about this, not even commenting about it. The Rankings page does not score RvR. There is a page for showing Realm ranks, but it has not updated since I started playing last summer. The only score in the game is RP for individuals, and reflect nothing except hours played in the war zone in the last year. Many suggestions were made to improve this system, but again NGD has done nothing about it. So AWD, Regnum used to be an RvR game. Now it is just a simple PvP game with no point except to run around and kill people at random. |

1) Guards now cancel capture.
2) The most damaging area spell is "Typhoon" 3) If a hunter has a damaging pet, kill it. It won't take long, and if they decide to cast Skin of the Beast(5) it will cost them 560 mana. 4) Marksmen make better tanks than hunters. 5) Bless helps a lot with SotW. 6) If there were no warjurors, Confuse would not be a problem. 7) We just got a new database, check the lag now. |
