He did it once and not first. But you are right, it was not ok from him to call you that. But...you are the wrong person to complain about it. Calling someone once a swearword is understandable, some people are very emotional and realy have to write this. But you, who you said your posts are free of emotions, you use swearwords very often. Yeah, and you are part of this community, which is festering pile of poo, same as me. Look truth is hard to define, but whining will not get you there, nor will demanding that the NGD reverse their stance on games issues get you there - this is what caused me to start writing on these forms.

Now the hell hounds are a reference to demons of hell, which interestingly enough Signatus got right when he stated, "Just spare me from the other 69 'hell hounds'...". Which makes me wonder if he knew about them before or after he started talking with me here, hmmm?

However, if you were all as bright as Signatus I don't think I'd be having the problems that I am having with you now. But alas, we all have different degrees of perception; which accounts for why we don't see eye-to-eye on the issues here at hand.

But back to the hell hounds, they are among us now - you just have to be perceptive to them - and when you are you might even find that some are living within you already.

And finally, about calling people twats - I only call people twats (and for that fact cuss) when I see that the venom that people spew is baseless. Other then that you can see many times where I have responded to people in a rather easy going fashion. I guess I like to fight fire with fire, so to speak.

Let me educate you, hell. If they sell something that has no utility without a lag free experience, and lag is due to their actions or inaction, then they misrepresented their product and they are liable for it - legally and financially. It would be like a car maker claiming that they sold you the keys for $20,000 so the broken car isn't their fault. After all, the key works fine, hey!

Then again, you need a decent level of education to reason clearly.

Well I see you lost your mind for the services they are selling have nothing to do with lag, hell they might not even cover connection to the server.

There are so many loopholes in this idea that it's not even worthy to discuss. For example, how much lag is to much? How do we know the lag is a result from NGD action or inaction, but is a result from packets flowing in and out of the thing we call the 'net?

Understand what I'm saying. But still there is no requirement on NGD's part for they are not selling anything but in game items and not the game itself. So what that means if they decided to only allow the server up only one day a month you couldn't do a thing about it because you still have access to it once a month to use the in game items that you bought.

But its pointless to speak about this with you and your drivel about education, for we all know you hold a PHD in law or passed the bar exams? Yeah, I didn't think so.

Well all other elements of my internet connection work fine, other games are fine and a basic trace show the issue isn't with the hops to them. Finally, they ADMITTED that it was on their end. No holes here. Are you really blaming the lag on someone else??? Hahahah. Ok, what happened to the "the xymerin works fine" line of defense? An abject failure of reason too? Hahahhaha.

Also, there are disclosure laws that require them to tell us expected server times. If they try to claim partial months, again they are liable. So you are wrong again.

Okay, attempting to drag this thread back on topic, hoping to quell the rampant tit-for-tat going on.

As much as I support small independant developers, and as much as I respect NGD, I have to agree that something about the current status of the game needs to be done. Even within the inner realms (as I don't hit the WZ much right now, trying to get my hunter up to pace) lag and other issues are, well, they leave a lot to be desired.

As vocal as we are as a community, I cannot help but think sometimes NGD listens to us a little too much these days, like they don't have trust or confidence in themselves as a team. Kinda like..."Too many chiefs and not enough indians" or...something like that at least. I mean, I hate to say it, but it's starting to look like they're having some kind of lack of direction. Or maybe they have bitten off more than they could chew? I don't know, but these past few months have been kinda harsh. Here's to hoping for normalcy.

Also, whatever happened to Niclaim? I thought he was supposed to be a liason of sorts between the english speakers and NGD? Who's our current go-to guy for trying to find out what's going on? I feel like a lot is being kept in the dark here.
