You (ufo) guys are terrible!

i spent a lot of time trying to convince ppl to use their rational thinking to discover and understand tha marvels of our universe. And all i have learnt is one thing: They want to believe, no matter what kind of bullshit.

Looking for extraterrestial life is a thing (http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/), but believing all kind of shit you find on youtube, it's just stupid! So "they" hide ultra secret bases and spacecrafts but they can ban a shitty video from youtube? I got my videos down only for using some registered music!!

It's not about what do you believe, but HOW and WHY do you believe that.

I can give tons of links, not giving you the beliefs, but the tools to make a rational decision.
But if you choose to stay irrational, i cant make anything.

Btw, believers in UFOs, aliens, light beings, demons from outer space, and all that shit: do you thing this info must be public? or just for "the chosen"? (hi Wyatt!)

Another one: do you think there is any co-relation between UFO sightings, and TV shows/series/movies with the topic of Alien Visitors?
Well, obviuosly YES. Just check the facts (i did).

Well, that cuts right to the heart of it doesnt it. No one has any concrete proof or else the vast majority of the public would believe in such things.

Just something to think about:

If aliens wanted to be known to us, they would be, and no government could stop them. Governments always have agendas and they operate like petty magicians, distract you over 'here' while they do what they want over 'there'. I would not be surprised in the least if they either started or let happen all this aliens in area 51 stuff and the whole thing was a plan to distract people from a military R&D base at another location.

Not saying i believe this per se, but it is well within the realm of possibility, and everyone has an agenda.

The problem with "conspiranoias" is that every "non proof" is a proof. Like "the proof is that they are hiding info!" yeah, ok. Lol.

As pretty magicians know too, "you can cheat a lot of people for a short time, or a few people for a long time, but you cant lie a lot of people, for a long time. They will catch you".

As I said, I prefer the Seti approach to look for intelligent life in the universe (that is, scietific methodology), that the woo woo aproach, that only reveal the lack of intelligence here in earth.

Exactly. There are no concrete proofs that aliens exists, but there's no sufficient information to assure that they do not exist. I mean, this is the kind of stuff we would call, in layman terms: "I don't know, and I wouldn't bet my ass on that".

Now, let's take for granted that aliens exist. Remember that this is a mind experiment, so we're in a "sandbox" or parallel universe. Now, suppose that Aliens wanted to be friendly and give their love to humanity, just because they think we're cute (their definition of cute). Which way would you choose to spread the word? Would you hide in a human-like creature with wings, extremely white skin, full of glow, and tell a girl some God got you pregnant? How in Earth would that be friendly?

But they cannot be evil, because if they wanted to destroy humanity it would be really easy. Hey, they came from outer space and travelled a really long distance... And they don't have weapons? Let's think they were so naive to think they didn't need weapons to extinguish our race. I'm sure they could build a doomsday device in less time you say Dr. Strangelove.

What if they were neutral? There would have been no reason to make contact, other than just pure boredom. Because every intelligent being eventually gets bored. So, why are there so many different cultures with stories about aliens? Where they that bored? I'm sure that if they couldn't find another way to get fun then they're not so intelligent.

well, let me just say that the existence/sightings of "UFO's" simply means that the sighter could not identify the flying object.... it does NOT automatically assume that the flying object is extraterrestrail in origin. In fact, we should conclude that such objects are of earthly origin, since we have no evidence, nor reason, to even give thought to the possibility of any other origin.

So, since UFO's dont "prove" the existence of aliens, what does? "Chances are"? "Probability"?

The likelyhood of life on another planet is SMALLER than...... the likelyhood that the next magnanite rock i find will be an instant 5k mag one (possibly due to some glitch in the system, or the graciousness of NGD). After all, we've already heard "rumors" that one level 1 guy in horus ignis found one..... lol

This post was just to knock out the conection between UFOs and the existence of alien life.
