The occasional kill will happen. I don't see anything wrong with that. What we have to prevent is abuses.
The fact that killing a devastated realm's player on his territory is an exercise in futility should be enough to discourage most from doing it.
But to discourage the jerks too, perhaps a customized version of the -RP feature could come back into play on a devastated realm's altars?

I couldn't agree more. There should be a difference between being a Warmaster, a level 60, a level 50 and so on. Otherwise, what's the point in going through all that work?

I don't understand the reasoning behind needing an ally near you to be able to cast the horn of wind. I suppose the next thing is requiring that Sultar's Terror affects at least two enemies or it will have no effect. I've seen a lot of lonely people on those, you know? They could use some company too.

I also don't understand what's the reason for a Warmaster not to be able to interact with his own banners. If people were using them way too often, why not increase the cooldown to make them think before bringing them out?

And I really don't understand what's up with the ridiculously long cooldown on the portals. One hour? Really? I think most people would understand an increase to 20 minutes, perhaps 30 minutes. But 60 minutes? It's the amount of time required to make the gates vulnerable twice, with only a castle and a fort!

Lets remember that a Warmaster is a person that got more than 10 million in XP and 120.000 WM coins. For all intends and purposes, this is a person that has a invested a substantial amount of time and perhaps even some money on this game. There should be a balance between rewarding this player (while encouraging future players to do it too) and not make it's new powers clash with the pre-existing balance of the classes. The most important step was definitely the nerf of the Offensive Banner. But if the restrictions of the horn and the banners were in effect when I made the decision to aim for the Warmaster status, I don't know if I'd be so eager to reach it.

I'm not talking about occasional kills, I talk about enemies camping cities and effectively blocking beginners from playing. I don't even know if -rp would stop those jerks, it didn't stop them when it was active at saves, the guard did. But it COULD work with more protection behind the wall, like some magic shield protecting all streets? That could even enhance gameplay for noobs. Action all around you, but you don't get hurt. I like this concept, if all those preconditions receive the attention they need.

I didnt like the changes on mounts. It makes to easy for rangers classes to go after a running enemy.

60 min for portals is too long. 30 min would be better.

I would like some other spell type than slow to be possible against wm offensive charm.

I don't understand why NGD never does good updates, i think that the game was cool 2 years ago, at least was funny, simply and there were many persons playing it.

well talking about the new update:
1. Well , dear developers u can even bump the tele's cd to 60 min , but i wanna remember u that the whole ignis population in horus has a warmaster char, or at least the good 80%, so let me guess, they can shot 50 teles against the 15 ones of syrtis and the 10 ones of alsius? Bad choise, in this way u are gonna definitely kick out other players.

2.Horn of the wind: agree with the precedent posts about to make it 20% 20 secs 60 cd, instead of make it usable only with an ally around... kinda sad just because i remember you, Regnum isn't a RvR game, it's a 5vs1 player , so u will add many more lame hunting groups

3.Beacons: LoL that's a shame, how could u stop a barbarian now? Just "being lucky"? The question says all.

4.Invasions: Ahahah. i will be glad to see how 40 ignis will zerg badly 15 syrtis defendig the gate , while there are no hunters logged cause "u nerfed them badly and nobody or kinda plays them more".

5.Devastated Realm: Useless feature, doing that u will kick out the fun of the actual status of the game. Do u still think that after that update, Alsius or Syrtis (Horus) will be still able to invade ignis? U should notice about the actual status of the game, Ignis owns , Syrtis Just sometimes, Alsius just recently cause they got their warmasters too. Bumping Tele's CDs, well ahahah ignis could even invade the Whole Real world, u made boats, u made them invicible, Be careful they could be knowking at ur door Right now D:

6.Bugs: there are tons of bugs around, u should fix them, then update to new versions, I just want to remember that who still plays that game are just old players, max 1-2 years old, cause there are many more games better around, i still play Regnum cause of friends, who are leaving kinda all.

7.Conclusions: Well i hope that u will read at ur clientes Posts and not ignore us, i remember that we made this game a great one, but it seems u like to destroy it gradually. Plz don't take it personally but watch out for the actual situation and pay attention to keep the old players in the game. It's just a Dream to have back the best old ppl , this game promises well, but if u keep doing wrong updates, well good luck then.

I have had the same goat noble quest on 2 of my chars for almost 2 weeks now and no one is prepared to help. There are others with this problem too.

The last goat invasion i was at i was told gems were more important than making more warmasters - ofc this came from made warmasters.

To make things worse - with a few minutes of boat time left, a warmaster then asks me to change to hunter to stalk him into noble on his alt.

I'm really happy with your reply, ty. I was just started to thinking, that here everyone want to kill warmasters with lvl1 chars and i'm the fool, becuase i don't want that. If no benefit of our hard work then, realy what's the point to grind or chars? Lvl50 chars should chose themselves lvl50 enemy in war, not trying to kill warmasters, that is warmasters job. Well i'm already trying, to not skill wm tree, i'm much stronger now, but i still miss speed Knights needs spring, would be happy if someone would agree with this too.

Warmaster status has nothing to do with work, just about time.

You think a level 50 should only fights level 50 ? Seriously, at fort wars, 95% are level 60, so i guess you mean "Level 50, go grind". Yes, RO has this very bad issue: you have to be at higher level to do anything fun.
And this is why so many newcomers leave before level 40. Just boring quests and stupid grinding. Nice view.

But you're wrong, atm a level 50 warlock is almost as useful (useless?) than a level 60 one, with almost same spells, and damages per second. In wars, he can use beacons and benefits Horn spell, but in smaller fights, a level 60 wm warlock will just rape him.

There should be places to have war fun for all, at any level. And yes, i think, a well-played low level character should have chances to win versus a badly-played higher level char.

And i would like a level 40 afk knight killable in less than 5 minutes for a level 60 hunter...

I won't argue with you since i experienced some times, it just not woth it.
Where i live irl we have to work, before we wan't fun, and i don't mind.
