Mounts after update

Hiya,

so I heard that after the update the mounts that you buy with Xim are perm.
I bought a Benkku some weeks ago, and its only 7 hours left. Sadly it has not been changed to a perm!

I certainly am not going to buy another one... as I already spend the money on it!

Is there something you can do NGD?

I guess unless they are willing to let you pay an 'upgrade fee'* theres not much can be done.

*Doubt it.

hehe, Never buy anything after a update. Wait 2 weeks, then read the forum, check complaints, THEN you can go buy premium =P
Trusting that NGD did a upgrade without bugs is like trusting a mouse to go inside a cats mouth and trust the cat to not eat the mouse

well, so far I have spend a lot of Euros on this game, and am not willing to spend another cent until they fix my mount.

But hey, people from syrtis like me won't buy the valkin-joke anyway so we're the lucky ones ;P

You've got to be kidding, the chocobo thing is the coolest mount available.

I suggest that NGD return temporary horses that can still be purchased for gold. As an alternative to the permanent ones, of course. The naming feature I care nothing about, since no one else can see the names of each other's horses.

Your wise post doesnt change the fact that there stays a feeling of having done something stupid by buying a horse just before it gets changed. Its about customer support and happyness, so your house might be a 1 time buy - its a different thing when you want your customers to consume. Then you generally try to not make them regret their buys.

Anyway, no big deal since not many bought horses but its not cool.
