Stuck at Verifying

Running Windows 10 regnum always gets stuck at Verifying after I login and choose which server to connect to. I also notice when i launch the launcher i don't see any of the text information in the box when i enter in the username/password.

When i try this from a linux VM i'm able to get all the way in using wine. Any ideas why it would get stuck at verifying?

So i loaded up a new win10 virtual with no patches or anything but base install. Ran RO from share, it did a few updates and now i'm able to load it on my main OS. Must be something installed that is causing the issue.
