Default NGD Support

I wrote to NGD support about the error i'm getting that won't let me use TDM, i got a reply but no fix. I still haven't been able to try TDM. Does the development team know how to fix this? I wrote this on October 25th.

Yep, we're aware of this.

Did you experience this issue with other accounts?
Or, in the other hand, using the same account but logging in from a different computer?

I only have one computer. I have only one level 60 knight in haven syrtis and one level 60 knight in syrtis RA. In haven TDM works fine and so does the Central island portal door tele. But in Ra both don't work with the same type of error of screen freeze.

Look NGD, please, if you dont know how to fix it, or if you dont care or if you dont have time, just please dont ignore me. Thing is, September 5, with critical priority, i reported a ticket, which i have not YET got a reply for.
During the pvpvp tournament, i asked Frosk personally to help me with it, he said that he will help me after he is done with pvpvp, i tried contacting him after that but there was no response. What is this NGD?

Saumya have you tried downloading the game directly from this website without using steam? And what system are you using? And is it Linux? If you prefer to talk in privet privet massage me.

Heres a video i just made showing that one of my other characters in Ra on the same account doesn't have that issue. Seems its just my knight: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=weyF...ature=youtu.be

And as i told you in privet chat Frosk, i was able to borrow another laptop from a family member and same issue happens. So i guess its not the computer but inside the game and only on my knight character in RA. I hope the development team in charge of these kinds of issues can find a fix for it. Good luck.
