If you do not have access to your acct's associated email, there's no way on your own for you to change the email acct associated with your game account. You'll have to submit a ticket to:
https://www.championsofregnum.com/support/ , & you'll have to have used your actual name when you made this acct, & you'll have to provide NGD a photocopy of your driver's license or a passport (with the ID of the original maker) for them to manually change things to an email of your choice. They're rather strict on this, & as such, few to none can easily trade accounts with lost emails now (the reason for this policy). Sadly, there are also many who have lost their game accounts forever because they lost their original emails, did not use their actual names, & thus, cannot provide the required proof of ID.
