Character name change with forum name change?

When I change my character name "Faith Healer" will there be a chance I an re-register to the forums with a new name as well?
And if not is there a way to have the user name "Faith_Healer" changed to the same new name as the new character name?
This question is for NGD and not players with a guess please. ty

psst did you know when you use a gender change scroll...your still stuck with the old genders ranks.

i.e you change from female to male and you will have female ranks and look like a male

Also when you change a name, you stay on people friendlist ... sometimes the name is changed on it for them, but I have noticed a situation when the old name is stuck there, pointing to actual your new name on PMs.
