Default problem with xim gift system

hey
my friend send me 8k xim as gift and i havent got any xim but it says that money have taken from his bank..
help us!!

Has he submitted a ticket to http://www.championsofregnum.com/support/ yet?

Are both you and your friend registered with NGD? Otherwise it wouldn't work. I'm not sure if the transaction will still go through as I've never tried it before.

both our acc is from NGD side and he already send xim, but i havent got it in my acc been 3 days soon. it says the money have taken from his bank!
so any idea? cant NGD cheak it? the guy who sended xim was xishom and he sended to NGD acc last night before me, it did work but not for me. NGD help!

i cant send ticket it says my username and password invalid. i remember last time i send it works so i cant make new support account just because of this!. and to ticket as xim problem have have to login
