20% of Ximerin...
Dear NGD,
(I am a bit pissed now  )I like that you give some extra Ximerin from time to time. Buuuut, could you please announce this a bit earlier next time? I just turned on the launcher and saw the Ximerin bonus announcement for 15:00 GMT (I am sure the announcement was not present on the page at 15:00gmt) . Unfortunately I bought Ximerin at 13:10 GMT. When I logged in at 19:00 GMT the message still was not present in the launcher and on the website. I liked the update very much, so I bought some Ximerin again. But for the same amount I could squeeze you now  Disregarding the fact that I am a bit angry now a little wish by me: Announce it a bit earlier next time please. It's not costumer friendly

meh, i nbought some to proper test stuff on amun some days ago.. actually amun shouldnt require xim at all to test stuff -.-

Well, lucky for me, i waited (was almost out) and now i see a nice 20% bonus, i love this update, and like where things are headed again, so i bought some xim. But yeah, maybe a bit more warning would be nice, but as for me, im happy.

the first time we made such a promotion, we did announce it a few days before.
you know what happened? our sales decreased so much during that "waiting for the promo period" that almost killed the commercial benefit of doing the promotion. I'm sorry guys, this is one of those nasty rules in capitalism. best regards, -Chilko |
