Requirement for transfer to Ra

Hi,

When transfers to Ra were opened, the website still told the chars had to be at least of level 30, while the true requirement was 45 at least. Now that Valhalla will be closed on 21 may 2021, the website still says "level 30" but it looks like the actual requirement for Val to Ra is unchanged and then still 45. What is the true level required for this ultimate transfer ?
