Problem with opening game

Hello, I am a Windows Vista user, to start.
I logged in and everything is fine. Then it downloaded the update, thats fine too. But when I click on Enter Game World it verifies, closes the window, and waits for the mini window to open to check for a firewall, but that always freezes and I can never enter the game. I have no firewall atm and yet I have a problem? Please help me, thx.

same here

i turn it on every thing is fine untill i turn on the mini menue that says firewall or s supposed to but it goes black and if i click it it turns white

i use windows vista,,,,,,,,,,lab top,,,,,,,,,,,it worked 2 weeks ago,,,,,,,,im mad, my clan's gettin tired of me complaining that it dont work.....lol

Same thning. But i got problem only if I try to work though proxy.
If using straight inet connection, everything is ok.

I feel confused seeing no attention from ngd at all about my problems.
I have paid to NGD nice amount of money and I will never pay them anymore.
Also i will tell my friends not to play this game because they take money and give no support.

Best bet would be to get rid of Vista, IMO.

Thats your solution? Get rid of Vista and that will fix the game? I don't plan on changing my whole laptop because of a game. Thank you very much.

You say you have no firewall but Vista has its own firewall so have you tried turning it off? Or is that what you meant?

i use vista since i registered (<==== see date) and get no problems at all, good luck sparty =D fix it dammit
