ClanLeader Pledge Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 3	6. The level of the characters must be at least 30 to be transferred, except Clan founders belonging to clans with at least 500 prestige points of experience. This rule doesn't seem to apply properly, despite having over 500 prestige points I do not have the option to transfer.
