Can't open File... error 5:access is denied
I'm getting this message

usually thats a problem in Vista.
try installing it outside program files like in c:\regnum |

Yup... a Vista problem.
I found a solution by going into: a) Control Panel b) User Accounts c) Turn User Account Control On or Off d) clicking off the box for Account Control So far, my impression of Vista is that it tries really hard to look good and useful... but generally uses a large amount of memory to do very little.
